Return and Exchange Instructions

Consumer Protection Act Article 19:「Consumers of distance sales or door-to-door sales may return the goods or rescind the contract in writing within 7 days upon receipt of goods or services without stating the reasons or be responsible for any expenses or costs, except in the case of distance sales with reasonable matters. Reasonable matters prescribed in the previous paragraph shall be proclaimed by the Executive Yuan.」
In-store transaction, there is no 7-day free look period except for product abnormalities (microbiological, physical or chemical), we will not accept any returns.
※The product abnormality does not include unilateral cognitive flavor gap.
※The main raw materials of food have a considerable proportion of agricultural products, under a certain probability, it is normal for each batch of flavor to be slightly different.

Not an in-store transaction, please provide feedback and send photos immediately upon receiving the goods, and it is required to keep the complete product package and receipt for a return / exchange within 7 days.

Check the appearance of the goods immediately after you receive them. If there is any abnormality (damage/loss of temperature), please report it to the driver and refuse to accept it. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after signing for the goods.
Frozen products and customized products will not be returned or exchanged unless there are product abnormalities (microbiological, physical, chemical).
